There are four different roles, 2 of which are very technical, and 2 more on the business side.  

Required:

 

1.     Pharma experience

2.     Business Analyst- 2 technical, 2 on the business side

3.     Experience with Sales and Marketing data -  Salesforce.com, Veeva etc...
