Our ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of ABAP experience writing complex logic - programs, BADIs, and extracts. Expert in Object oriented Programming.
At least one BPC implementation experience where candidate should have written ABAP/ BADIs for BPC ( experience on EPM 10.0).
Should have worked on either BPS- SEM, or IP on ABAP related objects to enable forecasting, reporting etc. 
Ideally, ABAP experience in the BI and/or Finance area.
Good communication skills and a fast learner.
