- Web Development Experience;
- C#, ASP.NET, C++, TFS, MS SQL Server; Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5; Web Services; COM;
- Understanding web protocols (HTML, HTTP, HTTPS, API etc);
- Experience working with online applications (24x7 availability)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Experience working with onshore-offshore coordination;
- Experience in technical mentoring of offshore resources;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Prior experience with Financial Services clients;
- Experience with Agile/Kanban methodologies preferred;
