Skill - PeopleSoft Adv Functional Advanced functional expertise in PSFT product corresponding to the functionaldomain in consideration. Ability to fully map functional requirements andintegrate them into the final solution keeping in mind product functional andtechnical capabilities. Ability to train power users, design, develop andtroubleshoot applications. Has experience across implementation and supportprojects and has knowledge of other types of projects - upgrade, migration andconsolidation. Is able to understand other functional areas in the sense of howthey relate to his or her expertise. Knowledge of business processes,representation of the same, and basic knowledge of process reengineering. Has aunderstanding of processes core domains (Fin, HCM primarily).
