Qualifications:
- Become familiar with the existing system
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with the end users, facilitated by the Business Analyst
- Write the technical design document for the approved system changes
- Manage the work allocation to the offshore team
- Make modifications / enhancements to the existing system
- Follow standard change procedures when updating Production
