Description:

The client is looking for candidates with experience with a ticket management system for their helpdesk. They are currently using Remedy v6, but will be upgrading to Service Now.

Required Skills:
• Remedy (V6 or V7) or Tivoli or Service Now
• Crystal Reports or Boxi Reports
• SQL
• Ticket Routing
• Administration

Nice to have:
• AIX
• UNIX
