a) ASP.Net - 4+ year's solid experience in Web application design & development using C# ASP.Net and SQL Server (Rated at least 3-4 on a scale of 5)
b) Very good hold over creating UI using CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML, AJAX etc (Rated at least 3-4 on a scale of 5)
c) Database Creation, Normalization and other related fundamentals. Writing simple to complex queries, stored procedures and Views (Rated at least 3-4 on a scale of 5)
d) Experience in developing applications using ASP.NET MVC 3.0 using Testing Frameworks like NUnit, NSubstitiute, Rhino Mocks, MOQ, MS Test etc. (Rated at least 3-4 on a scale of 5)
e) Exposure to ORM tools (Entity Framework, LINQ To SQL, NHibernate etc) (Rated at least 2 on a scale of 5)
f) Exposure to Dependency Injection tools like Castle Windsor, Microsoft Application Blocks etc. (Rated at least 2 on a scale of 5)
