Informatica Developer
LOC: Pittsburgh, PA
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: $50/hr
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for design and development of mappings, transformations, sessions and workflows in PowerCenter
• Responsible for all ETL transactions
• Responsible for on-going improvement of System Development Life Cycle
• Provide direction and path to success for data integration requirements
• Provides accurate estimates for completion of ETL solutions
• Ability to work with business and various development teams to build solution
• Responsible for the content management of all product documentation.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred or comparable work experience
• 3+ years PL/SQL Development experience in Oracle environments
• Knowledge of JDE preferred
• Knowledge of OBIEE required
• Strong experience in SQL in the Oracle environment
• 3+ years Informatica Power Center experience 8.x or higher, 9.x preferred
• Strong knowledge of Power Center mapping optimization and best practices
• Strong understanding of Data warehouse (star schema ) repositories
• Knowledge of code repositories for maintaining code in development, test, and production
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reporting: Cognos and Business Objects are a plus
