The Job Description is as follows:
-->SAP Functional(L2)-Advanced functional expertise in SAP ECC functional
module of expertisecorresponding to the domain in consideration. Ability to
fully map functionalrequirements and integrate them into the final solution
keeping in mind productfunctional and technical capabilities for large and
complex projects. Abilityto train advanced users, design, develop and
troubleshoot complex landscapes.Has experience across implementation,
support, upgrade, migration andconsolidation projects and execution
methodologies. Is fully conversant withother functional areas and business
domains. Ability to develop integratedsolutions. Ability to work with senior
customer representatives and aligntechnical objectives to business strategy.
Contribution to thought leadershipin the SAP functional space. Good
knowledge of SAP ECC functional modules andother leading ERP products and
their capabilities vis a vis SAP.

functional module of expertiseand all related core ECC modules corresponding
to the domain in consideration.Ability to fully map functional requirements
and integrate them into the finalsolution keeping in mind product functional
and technical capabilities for verylarge and complex projects. Ability to
train advanced users, design, developand troubleshoot complex landscapes.
Has experience across implementation,support, upgrade, migration and
consolidation projects and methodologies forplanning and execution of the
same. Is fully conversant with other functionalareas and business domains.
Ability to develop integrated solutions. Ability torelate to other tech and
functional solutions in place in the customer andSAP's place among them.
Able to review and add value to integrated solutionrecommendations from
Wipro and customer teams. Established thought leadershipin peer and industry
fora. Excellent knowledge of SAP and other leading ERPproduct capabilities
and to discuss their pros and cons vis a vis SAP in ameaningful and customer
relevant manner.
-->SAP HCM Payroll(L2)-Generic Proficiency: Ability to understand the
customer business processesand the IT landscape rapidly. Ability to frame
the right set of questions for asingle process track. Assist in creating
solution proposals, rough effortestimates., detailed solution documentation,
presentation and inimplementation. Able to guide a team , preparation of
design documents,gathering business requirements, knowledge of the quality
processes and alsoguide the team in using the various quality tools. Should
have at least 2 - 4yrs years of SAP experience in the core module of
specialization and 1 - 3years of domain experience Module specific
Proficiency: Must have good SAPapplication specific knowledge of the
HR/Payroll processes: o PersonnelAdministration, Organization Management o
Payroll Accounting: ? SAP Tax ModelConfiguration experience ? Experience in
Schema & PCR customization ?Reasonable understanding of partial period
factoring ? Reasonable understandingof Processing class, cumulation class
and evaluation class o Integration withother SAP modules o Interface to SAP
FI/CO module Must have basic knowledge ofthe SAP application specific HR
processes: o Time Management o BenefitsManagement
-->SAP HR Basic(L2)-L1.2 (2 year): Experience of project in HR module. Good
understanding of HRbusiness processes. Ability to define configuration
elements for personneladministration, organization management, time and
compensation modules. Abilityto define master data elements for the business
processes in PA, OM, Time andCompensation areas. Should have basic knowledge
in ESS& MSS
