Role: QA Lead with CRM experience

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 3 Plus months (Starts 18-FEB-2013)

 

Job Requirements

       Need solid understanding of quality assurance and testing best practices/methodologies in SAP CRM or any CRM based packaged applications

       Prior experience of working on projects which involved Hadoop architecture is an added advantage

       Have a metrics driven approach that will help to drive ongoing process improvements, defect reduction and cost reduction

       Able to juggle conflicting/changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude in the face of extremely challenging and fast paced deliverables

       Meet aggressive delivery timelines, coordinate well with remote teams, have the flexibility of working the time differences, and proactively solve problems.

       Manage multiple requests while managing issues and mitigating risks

       Communicate fluently and effectively with all level of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization

       Project management skills and being customer service orientation are also critical

Experience

       A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience to strongly demonstrate the following skills and knowledge: test design and management, communication skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skills and group facilitation skills. This should include experience with defect tracking tools and a working knowledge of test and defect life cycle and how it ties to the SDLC process

       Ability to design scenarios to test the integration and satellite applications

       A minimum of 4 years of experience managing multiple projects and leading project teams
