Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• OTM Architect: Experience in defining end to end solution & architecture for OTM
• Experience in OTM configurations, Logistics Management & Solution Design.
• Expertize in OTM workflow design and development
• Good understanding of Java, Oracle PL/SQL, XML, UNIX, XSL, CSV
• End to End OTM Configuration experience
• Experience in Testing Agents and Workflows
• Experience in TL, LTL, Rail, transportation Setup
• Lane, Itinerary, Rate offering, Rate record, commitment setup in OTM
• Contacts, Service provider, location setup in OTM
• Configuration of External planning engine
• Complete hold on OTM planning process and good understanding of planning parameters
• Good understanding in OTM Invoicing Process
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and management skills
• Proficient at planning, strategy, risk mitigation, execution and delivery.
• Good understanding to OTM Architecture
• Comfortable with MS Word, MS Project, Excel, Power Point, and other tools for
documentation and communication of requirements, solutions, etc
• OTM problem solving capabilities
• Master data setup in OTM
• Expertize in quick understanding of OTM logs
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• OTM Role, Domain, and other user related setup
• OTM Screen, Menu, Manager layout customizations

Role and Responsibility
• Responsible for converting defining the end to end process flows and converting business requirements to solution requirement along with client side SA and BA.
• Responsible for configuration of agents for workflow executions
• Responsible for functional and non-functional solution requirement gathering for end to end solution
• Responsible for working with all implementation partners and ensuring all the requirements (business and functional) are being met by individual applications.
• Responsible to work with Security team on the Security aspects of the applications
• Responsible to work with infrastructure team for infrastructure solution
• Responsible to define the test strategy, data migration and cutover strategy for the project
• Responsible for leading the technical team for producing the solution blueprint during the define (initiation) phase.
• Responsible for reviewing the solution blueprint with Ahold Architects and Oracle
• Responsible for end to end technical delivery of the solution
• Responsible for managing all the technical issues, risks and dependencies
• Training end users
• Perform cutover activities
• Project Stabilization"
