Job Description:

Business Analyst – Group Employee Benefits Disability, Health Insurance

·         Very good knowledge of Group Employee Benefits Disability, Health Insurance / Healthcare, Life Insurance, Reinsurance 

·         Business Systems Analyst who would front end with business team and write BRDs.

·         Understands business requirements on project releases from business analyst, consults clients SME and Technical team, and uses these inputs to prepare Functional requirements

·         Conducts walkthrough of requirements document with IT AD and Testing teams  to seek approval, and later conducts walkthrough of the requirements with IT team

·         Works closely with business analyst, IT SME and onsite teams

·         Resolves any queries on the project release from functional requirements perspective

·         Enables QA and UAT team to understand the project functional requirements

·         Coordinates with appropriate knowledge stakeholders at each stage of the project release to update  requirements, include change request and resolve queries
