Position: Teradata Developer
Location: Irving, TX
Duration: 6 Months Plus

Professional Experience:
• Information technology professional with at least 6 years of experience with minimum College bachelor's degree, expertise in Teradata.
• Involved and contributed to the requirements gathering, analysis and conversion of business requirements to high level technical design and technical specs, development, Unit/SIT testing, implementation, delivery documentation and support.
Required skills:
• Hands on experience with Teradata/ Oracle/ SQL Server databases
• Programming experience with Teradata 12 or higher
• ETL Architect with SQL Integrations service 2005 or higher
• Expertise in creating OLAP Cubes – MOLAP, ROLAP and HOLAP using Star and snowflake Schema
• MDX and Advance MDX language expertise
• Strong RDBMS Concepts, Database Management Systems, Database Logical and Physical design, Data Warehousing Experienced in Data modeling, Database Architecture, Data Mapping, Table Normalization, De-Normalization, T-SQL Queries, DDL and DML.
Query optimization using clustered, non-clustered and Online Indexes.
Experienced in Importing and exporting data between homogeneous/heterogeneous systems using ETL (Extraction Transformation & Loading) tools such as DTS (Data Transformation Services) and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services),Teradata Utilities(MLOAD,FLOAD,FASTEXPORT,OLELOAD,TPUMP) and SQL Loader
