Position : SAP HCM with Data Migration & Cransoft skills.

Duration : 9 Months

Location : Lake Forest, IL

 

Job description

·         5 years Development Experience as Data Migration consultant with  BackOffice Associates Cransoft (BOA Cransoft)

·         Experience with Cransoft Data Migration Toolset

·         Experience in Microsoft SQL (queries, table structures etc)

·         Good experience with SAP in general and SAP HR in specific

·         Leverage Cransoft Toolset to automate manual processes where appropriate

·         Assist in preparing the business for managing master data during migration and post go live.

·         Responsible for data management activities, including Data Assessment, cleansing and Data conversion

·         Responsible for data migration and conversion activities such as extracting, migrating and reconciliation of data

·         Develop Data load tools using BOA Cransoft tool set

·         Assist the business and internal project team in completing the data reconciliation.

·         Communicate with the business and internal project team while defining the data management standards with data quality.

 

Position : SCCM Systems Administrator II

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 6+ months

 

Job Description:

 

The primary responsibilities of the position includes developing and supporting scripts, processes, and tools required to support the enterprise desktop management tool environment.   Tasks include identifying opportunities to optimize tools, processes and procedures to improve efficiencies in the environment along with providing advanced troubleshooting services and maintenance of the desktop tool environment. Many of the activities are related to resolving security related issues in the environment.  

 

Primary Accountabilities

·             Build, design, and implement collections, programs, and advertisements within the desktop management consoles (SCCM, Casper)

·             Develop and support automation scripts, processes, and tools to resolve technical and business issues and service improvement initiatives.

·             Identify opportunities to optimize or change tools, processes, and procedures to improve the effectiveness and reduce risk to the environment.

·             Maintain and administer the health of the enterprise desktop management tool environment; responding to server events, ensuring data integrity, and performing general maintenance tasks. 

·             Monitoring and servicing of problems, incidents related to desktop tool activities. 

·             Provides advanced troubleshooting services and is a key contributor to solving technical problems within the desktop environment. 

·             Documentation of policies, procedures and changes related to Desktop management tools

·             Participate in On-call rotation for after-hours support

·             Performs as duties as assigned.

 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

·             Minimum of 5 years IT work experience in an enterprise scale environment.

·             Strong knowledge in Desktop Management Tool (SCCM, Altiris, LANDesk, Casper) administration including Windows Patch Management, Software deployment/updates, and Collection/Query creations.

·             In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting techniques specific to Microsoft Windows  OS (XP & 7) including Windows registry, file and folder security, and local/domain user security.

·             Knowledge of deploying custom scripts (VBscripts, Powershell,) to perform custom computer management and automation tasks.

·             Familiarity with networking concepts, including LANs, network adapter cards, drivers, and network operating systems

·             Must possess the ability to communicate well with others to perform work in a team environment, direct or act as a resource for less experienced systems administrators and relay necessary information as appropriate.

·             A thorough knowledge of documentation and communication software necessary to maintain and communicate information as described above.

·             Must have the ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the event that services are required.

·             Must have the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

 

Title            : PeopleSoft Financial Functional Consultant (AR/BI)

Location      : Memphis, TN

Duration      : Long Term

 

We are looking for a Functional PeopleSoft consultant to implement PeopleSoft solutions to our clients.

Required skills include 6+ years minimum PeopleSoft Financials including Accounts Receivable and Billing. Also, equivalent years of experience in full life cycle implementation in Retail industries.

Experience in fit / gap analysis, functional design, functional testing, and end-to-end integration and UAT testing.

 

PeopleSoft FSCM skills preferred.

 

1)            Significant experience configuring payment predictor, auto maintenance, and condition monitor.

2)            Experience using both 9.0 and 9.1 versions.

3)            Experience performing data conversion of customer master, customer statements, and open items from legacy environments.

 

Required

•             At least 6+ years experience in Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and leading large-scale Peoplesoft financials implementations for organizations with multiple locations.  

•             At least 6+ years experience in FSCM knowledge , module  in particular Accounts Receivable and Billing

•             Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university

•             Ability to focus on the big picture and articulate integration points to the functional SME's.

•             Ability to develop test strategies, test plans, test scripts, and coordinate UAT.

•             Ability to conduct design walkthrough sessions and obtain design buy in and sign offs.

•             Ability to work with the technical teams and assist in completion of unit testing.

•             Deep experience in leading data mapping sessions, and assist the technical team in completing the technical design documents for RICE objects.

•             Deep knowledge of Peoplesoft application security design, including but not limited to development of security matrix.

•             Ability to show leadership traits, find a way, and inspire people to align with program objectives.

 

Position : Oracle Projects Lead

Location: Detroit, MI

Duration: 5 months +

 

Consultant have to travel from Sunday – Thursday

 

MAXIMUM PAY RATE: $ RATE/Hr. + EXPENSES: AIRFARE, CARE RENTAL, HOTEL (MAX $100/DAY), AND PER DIEM OF $45/DAY X 4 DAYS.

 

·         We are looking to add experienced employees to our automotive industry practice and are currently looking for a seasoned Projects lead that is capable of:

·         Discussing business processes common to the automotive / automotive supplier industry

·         Leading global design discussions

·         Designing standardized solutions across various regions

·         Merging industry trends and practices into standardized solutions

·         Following a pre-defined, standardized methodology

·         Communicating using business terminology

 

Skill Requirements:

Desired:               Automotive industry experience

Required:            Minimum 4 years of actual consulting experience related to Oracle Projects (Costing, Billing, and Manufacturing), as well as general Financials experience

Required:            R12 implementation experience

Required:            Minimum 2 (US-based) implementations of Projects in a full ERP environment
