Position: Business/Systems Analyst with Call Center Experience
Location: Hopewell, NJ
Duration: 4 Months Contract
Qualifications:
Need candidates who can come for in-person interview
· Experience working in technology organizations supporting Call Centers and familiar with the domain, someone who would share her/his know-how from their prior engagements.
· Truly capable of facilitating sessions with business/operations partners and engage them into brainstorming sessions to gather and refine requirements.
· Both waterfall as well as agile methodology exposure is required.
· Both BRD, HLD and Agile user stories are required. Use cases and use cases relationship diagrams are required.
· Former background in software development is necessary as well –candidate has to communicate with development teams and developers – therefore has to be able to grasp constraints and ideas and translate into requirements proposals to business.
