Title: LINUX/ Unix Administrator
Location: Columbia, SC
Duration: 6 Months

Roles and Responsibilities:
===================
•    Review, Install, maintain and test operating system and application software on UNIX/Linux server platforms
•    Administrator and tune UNIX/Linux servers for operating efficiency
•    perform local security auditing updates on UNIX/Linux platforms
•    Assist with architecture and configuration of VM ware environment
•    provide technical guidance to peers by instructing in the maintenance and support of various components of the multi-processing systems hosted in the UNIX/Linux environment
•    Assist with the architecture, design and implementation of an offsite data center redundancy purpose
•    Assist with the architecture, design and implementation of offsite data center for redundancy purpose
•    Assist with the architecture and enhancement of distributed enterprise backup
•    Assist with the architecture and enhancement of distributed enterprise backup system

Required Skills
==========
RED HAT LINUX and UNIX Administrator skills

Preferred skills:
===========
Linux, UNIX, SAN, VM WARE, Networking
