I have an urgent job requirement for MS Dynamics CRM-CWR Engineer @ CA/PA.

 

Title                            : MS Dynamics CRM-CWR Engineer

Location                     : San Diego, CA or Plymouth, PA

Duration                     : 6 Months Plus Contract

 

Job Description:

 

-This position will troubleshoot, test and re-configure an on-premise installation of MS Dynamics CRM 2011 and CWR.

-To include: Dynamics CRM 2011 CRM E-Mail Router CWR Configurator CWR CRM-Exchange Connector ADFS 2.0 IIS

-Work with remote teams that support Active Directory, Exchange and network infrastructure.

-Candidates must be able to troubleshoot and resolve multi-Domain and integration environment where issues between CRM, Active Director (2003R2 & 2008), and MS Exchange (2007 & 2010) are present.

-A strong understanding of Cisco networking/routing and Cisco VPN is required.

-Candidates must be able to support on-premise and remote clients on both Apple and Microsoft devices.

-Off-hours on-call support is expected with this role.

-Other off-hours work will be scheduled and agreed upon ahead of time.

-Knowledge of AirWatch, ADFS, IIS & SQL 2008R2 (for Queries only), Windows 7, and MS Office 2010 is a plus

-Experienced & qualified Dynamics CRM 2011 and CWR on-premise Administrator/Engineer to assist Dynamics CRM-CWR System Administrator in troubleshooting activities related to MS Active Directory, Exchange, ADFS 2.0, networks and Dynamics CRM-CWR products.

-Designing of short and long term fixes, which will translate into immediate restoration of services.

-Perform testing and updates within Dynamics CRM-CWR systems to support fixes that are performed within Dynamics CRM-CWR, AD, Exchange and network infrastructure.
