Skills:
- 5-7+ years of proven experience in C#
- 2-3+ years of experience working with WCF, Web Services and LINQ to SQL
- Excellent skills in OO design and implementation
- Experience with XML and design and database schemas
- Excellent ability to work well within a software development team, including following group development standards
- Ability and willingness to mentor junior team members
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Math or related discipline
