·         University degree, technical or business, or equivalent

·         3+ years experience in a IP Protocol network environment in a commercial function

·         Completed the following 3 Project Management Classes:  Scope, Planning, Time Management

·         Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus

·         Six Sigma belt holder

·         Excellent interpersonal communication skills

·         Ability to manage concurrent activities successfully

·         Experience of working in an international business environment and dealing with cross company and multinational teams

·         General knowledge of international, data and IP networking technologies

·         Awareness of the international telecommunications market

·         Self starter

·         Ability to work successfully both autonomously and within a team

·         Resourceful and result driven

·         Good command of the English language, written and verbal
