* In depth understanding & experience of IDM Rules product - Operational Decision Management (ODM) - previously iLOG
* Proven ability to author rules in Rule Designer and Decision Center
* Knowledge of deployment on Rule Execution Servers
* Debugging / troubleshooting in Rule Execution Servers
* Experience in Java and building webservices
* Experience in integrating ODM/iLOG with distributed and mainframe Environments
* Good communication
* EXperience in working with an onsite -offshore model
