Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience in a financial forecasting / analysis / reporting role
• Detailed knowledge of Hyperion System 11 modules including Interactive Reporting, Workspace, Financial Management / Reporting, Financial Planning, Strategic Finance, Essbase, etc.
• Experience with Oracle EBS (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management) and OBIEE is a huge plus
• Sound knowledge of Data Warehousing principles, best practices, and conventions;
• Proven ability to provide innovative solutions to complex business processes and reporting;
• Experience with software development life cycle methodology and phases of testing;
• Excellent communication/presentation skills with ability to independently drive client discussions and to be seen as a trusted advisor;
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate, prioritize, and negotiate as part of multi-faceted project teams;
