Job Description:
· Minimum of 7 years of senior level experience with installing, managing and programming Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application system.
· Prefer experience programming with a variety of other branded Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application systems.
· Experience with Oracle 10g database, creating and maintaining packages.
· Experience with Crystal Reports v8.5 or higher (as specified by the DFS ISDM and standards documentation).
· Filenet experience preferred
· ASP and Visual Basic 6 programming experience preferred
· .Net/C# and web programming experience
· Experience creating, modifying and running SQL queries.
· Experience performing system analysis, troubleshooting, and testing.
· Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (as specified by the DFS ISDM and standards documentation).
· Experience creating and maintaining documentation (e.g. system, program, user, technical).
· Replacement consultants must have the same skill set as the originally selected candidate and must be approved by the Department.
