· AR Customer integration (create/update)
· AR Transaction integration (create/adjust)
· AR Cash Receipts (create)
· AR Auto Lockbox
· Inquiry capabilities for the following:
o AR Customer info
o AR Customer balances i.e. outstanding debt
o AR Transaction info
o AR Receipts
Client is seeking a Oracle E-business Suites AR functional
consultant, with deep knowledge and extensive hands-on experience with
the product, including several specific features: Billing Presentment
Architecture (BPA), & Balance Forward Billing. These consultants will
work alongside a project manager, an AR technical lead, an integration
architect, a DBA team, several developers, as well as the client
business and technical support teams.
The consultant we are seeking must be a functional AR expert with good
technical exposure.
This role will be responsible for gathering, defining, and documenting
the following:
· Requirements
· Process flowing (as-is & to-be)
· BR100 Configuration doc
· Map/Gap
· Solution design
· Functional technical design (for RICE)
· Test plans
· Test scripts
· Training material via UPK
· Cutover plans
Computer Aid follows are defined methodology for delivering Oracle
projects. This methodology is required by our client.
· Candidates must have worked on all relevant phases of at least two
full life cycle AR implementations, at least one being with R12.
· R12.1.3 experience is required.
· Strong understanding of accounting as it flows from AR to GL is required.
· Multi-Fund Accounts Receivable (MFAR) experience is desirable.
· AR Subledgar Accounting (SLA) experience is required.
· AR Auto Lockbox experience is desirable.
· Billing Presentment Architecture (BPA) experience is required.
· Balance Forward Billing experience is required.
· Customer Hub experience is a nice-to-have.
· BI (XML) Publisher skills is a nice-to-have
· UPK skills are desirable
· Experience delivering high quality documentation is required,
examples may be requested during interview:
o Requirements
