Title: PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Duration: 4+ months contract
Job Description:
Skills Needed:
• 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM/HR.
• Must have experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.x
• Must have strong experience with Benefits Administration module Configuration.
• Experience with defining, gathering and documenting processes
• Strong experience with reviews and edits requirements, specifications, processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
• Large scale and complex PeopleSoft implementation experience
• Upgrade and implementation experience
• Experience with setup tables, reporting and integration of all modules
• Experience with HR/Benefits Administration/Payroll/Compensation modules process and issues
• Experience with testing PeopleSoft HCM enhancements including development of test plan, test scripts and end user testing
