1. Good understanding of Spring framework with solid hands-on experience
in development of an enterprise solution using Spring framework
(including Spring JDBC, Spring Core, Spring MVC, and etc).
2. Strong J2EE hands-on experience with excellent troubleshooting skills.
3. Strong OO Design skills
4. Strong in SOA (both SOAP & REST). If they are familiar with only of them,it's still OK as long as they have an understanding of the other option.
5. Good to know: UI design concepts, jQuery, HTML5, JSP
6. Strong leadership skills (highly motivated) as the onsite lead needs
to make sure the offshore team is on track with quality deliverables.
7. Open and strong communication skills.
