Job Description:
• 5+ years experience as quality professional on a variety of technology platforms and systems
• 1+ years' experience in ITKO/LISA tool
• Strong technical and analytic skills; ability to understand complex systems and design tests around integration and interface points
• Strong Database validation including SQL query creation and execution, ability to write multi table joins, aggregate functions.
• Strong Quality center work experience
• Ability to manage defects and interpret defect reports, analyzing trends
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skill
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative and agile environment
• Retail experience is a big plus
