Job Description

· Lead definition of an enterprise integration strategy, including definition of standards, guidelines and best practices for  application-to-application and business-to-business integrations.

· Influence and guide external Service Integrator's/Providers in implementation of the strategy, providing guidance and review of Service Integrator's/Providers architecture plans and designs to ensure methodology, best practices and standards are followed and to ensure overall quality of the integration solution.

· Drive standardization of common business objects and ensure integration solutions are architected for reusability.

· Lead definition and implementation of  enterprise service-oriented architecture (SOA) strategy.

· Demonstrate the ability to lead and influence across multiple levels of the organization and with internal and external team members.

· Contribute as a principal team member of the Integration Services organization, ensuring this high-performing team coordinates delivery with enterprise strategies and roadmaps that are integrated and aligned with the business strategy.

· Recommend changes to EAI and SOA strategies to improve the value of integration and SOA.

· Develop and maintain relationships with a variety of internal and external IT experts and specialists (solution architects, project managers, external solutions providers) to provide leadership and technical guidance, continuously expanding knowledge and capabilities of EAI and SOA.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering or IT related discipline. Master's degree in an IT technical field preferred.

• 8+ years of progressive experience performing definition and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using a leading industry integration platform (i.e., WebSphere Message Broker, WSFTE, Datapower and WSRR); experience with backend integration to legacy applications and to SaaS.

• Demonstrate an understanding of all elements required to architect, design, build, test, operate and maintain complex, global systems utilizing enterprise infrastructure and applications.

• Awareness of the retail industries is beneficial.

• In-depth knowledge of project management including budget & resource management

• Understanding of the technology, trends, and techniques in the IT industry.

• Global experience dealing with challenges of diverse cultures, time zones, travel and communications

• Broad understanding of multiple business processes and ERP solutions related to these functions including manufacturing, customer service, logistics, finance and procurement.

• Understanding of KPIs and Metrics associated with Enterprise Application Integration.
