Java Developers - NY
8 to 12 Months

FACE TO FACE REQUIRED


Required Skills & Qualifications:

    ·Core Java (JDBC, I/O, threading, etc.)
    ·Understanding of J2EE technologies (Servlets, JSP, Messaging, etc.)
    ·Good understanding of HTML, JavaScript, AJAX (ext-js, jquery), etc.
    ·Solid SQL knowledge
    ·JDBC or Other Database Interface Experience
    ·RDBMS (Oracle and/or SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL)
    ·Strong Web Services experience, REST (preferred) or SOAP protocols, WS libraries Axis, Apache CXF, Jersey
    ·JSON, XML, and Jackson
    ·Understanding of ORM technology (myBatis, Hibernate, Cayenne, or EOF)
    ·Jasper Reports
    ·Full SDLC experience
    ·Experience with version control (Perforce/git), unit testing, automated builds, and continuous integration
    ·Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline
    ·Excellent communication skills

    ·Linux/Unix
    ·Apache Tomcat
    ·PostgreSQL database
    ·Amazon Web Services
    ·J2EE backend technologies (JMS, JTA, etc.)
    ·Messaging (JMS, JAXM, HornetQ, MQ Series, or equivalent)
    ·Data Warehousing
    ·Eclipse IDE
    ·XML and XML parsers
    ·Quartz framework
    ·Java Developer Certification
    ·Familiarity with K-12 Educational Industry and Student Data
