Job Description

·         Looking for an Onsite Coordinator with minimum of 8-10 years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials

·         Must have experience in at least 3-4 People soft FSCM experience with upgrade/retrofit experience as one of major experience.

·         Excellent documentation skills and customer facing skills

·         Working experience of at-least 3 end to end implementations

·         Must be able to liaise with client teams and technical teams with best in class solutions

·         Should have excellent working knowledge and proficiency of Peoplesoft FSCM modules like GL, AP, AR,PO, AM, INV etc.

·         Strong verbal, written communication skills.

·         Able to meet the stringent project deadlines.

·         Liaison between NAC team and Offshore technical team to ensure the system is meeting the business needs as agreed in functional specs

·         Review  and provide the functional solution for the assigned modules

·         Work with NAC/Offshore technical lead to ensure delivery of assigned functional modules as agreed in project plan Identify and review/coordinate the CEMLI work for the assigned modules with the project team. Review the offshore work and ensure the quality and business requirements are meet as per customer needs.

·         The ideal candidate will bring good business process design, PeopleSoft 9. 1 FSCM application and module expertise to the team. A good understanding on PS 9.2 functionalities would be added advantage.

·         Perform functional and system Integration testing efforts to ensure solutions meet user requirements

·         Lead User training and acceptance testing for assigned modules

·         Prepare user documents for modules assigned Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills essential to Job Functions:

·         Experience in PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain management ( FSCM) v 8.9/9. x and PeopleTools v8. 5x

·         Experienced in Assisting in gathering/ analyzing specific data, writing business requirements, configuration and testing related documents
