.Net Developer

Duration:  6+ months

Skype Interview (provide me genuine candidates)

Ø Very Good knowledge in C# 4.0, .NET 4.0

Ø Very Good Communication Skills

Ø HTML5,CSS, JQuery, Bootstrap, MVC Razor, WCF, WPF, SQL Server 2008, T-SQL,  .NET Compact framework. 

Other skill requirements are:

·        Unit testing;

·        WCF;

·        Web Services;

·        SSIS;

·        ORM (Link2SQL, NHibernate; Winform UI; .

·        High level of Object Oriented Programming experience, practical experience with architecture patterns (like MVC, MVVM etc), DDD.

·        Test Driven Development experience, should be able to support design and code coverage (90%).

·        Mocking frameworks experience is a plus.

·        Agile & Scrum engineering practices experience: refactoring, continues integration, collective code ownership, shared coding standard.

·        Agile processes: Scrum including ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with BB team and customer, agile planning and estimation Solid interpersonal skills;

·        BA/BS degree (minimum)
