Job Description:
SAP CRM/CTI Functional Analyst with 4-6 years of SAP business analyst experience.
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
Day-to-day CRM/CTI support experience
Change / Ticket Management experience required
Business / SAP CRM/CTI Functional analytical ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Support of existing SAP solutions
Evaluate and implement Enhancement requests
Project lifecycle - requirements, design, development, testing, implement, stabilization support
High - the individual is expected to demonstrate the following; discipline, open communication, accountability for assignments, positive attitude and team oriented work approach
