| 1 | Job No. 1585 Title: Consultant, Project Management Location: O'Fallon, MO Duration: 7 Months Rate: $45/hour on C2C all inclusive
Job Overview: The primary responsibilities for this important Project Management role are leadership, communication and risk management involving infrastructure and application support activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate an in-depth understanding of system monitoring, infrastructure capacity, production support and incident management. The ability to establish a fast pace and rapidly respond to changing project dynamics is critical.
Major Accountabilities: - Lead a global team of technology practitioners to deploy applications and systems. - Assess level of operational readiness and identify gaps in monitoring, capacity and end-user support. - Manage and report crisp project status with core team and at executive level. - Provide leadership and oversight on various Infrastructure projects of a complex nature. Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones. Responsible for compiling project budget and ensuring the project stays in line with this budget. - Ensure methodology compliance and manage resolutions, reporting to management when necessary. - Ensure timely and accurate communication with project contributors throughout the life cycle of the project. Must be familiar with the system’s scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the teams. Identify and monitor project risks. - Regularly communicates to senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables. - Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or plans in support of the business. - Effectively lead the project team to align with the business objectives, project schedule, and project budget. - Effectively deal with difficult situations. Help develop solutions to complex problems. Ability to mentor junior Project Managers.
Education: - Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred- PMP certification or equivalent management experience Knowledge / Experience: - Experience in Infrastructure Projects, including Security, Hardware, Software and Network - Minimum of 5 years of experience with Project Management structured methodology and project planning tools. Knowledge of Waterfall preferred. Proven experience running a project using Agile methodology required. - Knowledge of financial industry and regulatory compliance - Demonstrate the ability to successfully manage large programs

| 2 | Job No. 1587 Title: Analyst, Business Analysis Location: O'Fallon, MO Duration: 10 Weeks with Potential Extension of 9 to 12 Months
Job Description: Assist with special billing project requiring detailed analysis and detailed calculations. Prepare detailed documents, coordinate and assist with associated billing. Coordinate and participate in review, revisions, changes, enhancements, testing, documentation, and member notification of product enhancements and/or business opportunities, as they relate to the Credit Card Consolidated Billing System. Provide business knowledge and technical support for business requirements development. Work closely with developers and requestors identifying data and functional requirements in the design of new functionality or enhancements to Credit Card billing systems. Ensure development objectives are accomplished, user testing is performed, and member notification is prepared in a timely fashion, as it relates to project-specific work. Consult with Business Owners on projects. Ensure timely and accurate communication with project staff throughout the software development lifecycle of the project. Document and coordinate changes and enhancements of products and services. Prepare and/or present business/technical presentations. Provide technical and functional support for the member(s) and Credit Card personnel, to ensure adherence to requirements. Evaluate business requests to determine feasibility, work with Software Engineers to define alternatives and recommend optimal solutions. Work with project management team to prepare overall project plan, incorporating costs and tasks from the various components, ensuring a successful and timely project implementation. Ensure methodology compliance, document problem areas and coordinate resolutions, reporting to management as necessary. Coordinate and assist in implementation of new or revised rules and policies. Participate in the creation of test plans, and with accumulation of necessary test data, along with Quality Assurance and Testing Center of Excellence teams during user acceptance testing. Create documentation and adhere to various controlled environment gateways in order to maintain auditory compliance Act as Tier 2 level support for billing operations staff in the research and timely resolution to production billing issues / incidents. Applies extended expertise of principles theories and concepts plus broad knowledge of business/function and development life cycle, usually acquired through three to five years of experience. Broad technical knowledge.
Skills/ Abilities: Ability to manage multiple complex projects. Self starter with good leadership abilities. Requires minimal supervision/assistance. Good business writing skills and effective presentations skills. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience Required: Applies extended expertise of principles, theories, and concepts, plus in-depth knowledge of business / functional requirements gathering as part of the software development lifecycle. Typically gathered through 3 to 5 years of project experience. Experience with Client / Server environments and tools utilized to query data within said systems Strong background with Microsoft Access (ability to create and execute scripts, create tables, etc.) Strong Microsoft Office Background (including MS Project and MS Visio) Experience in transactional billing systems and finance industry a plus
Education: BS Degree or equivalent combination of experience and formal education |
