Role: QA LEAD  


Location: Redmond, WA

Duration: 5+ month

Interview type: Telephonic/ skype

Experience Required: 10+ years

Mandatory Skills Required:

Ø  Knowledge of test methodologies and processes

Ø  Good communication and team collaboration skills

Ø  Through understanding of BizTalk- send ports, receive ports, orchestration with basic BizTalk administration skills.

Ø   Able to deploy BizTalk MSI's and troubleshoot issues of deployment in SIT environment.

Ø  Experience with BizUnit is a huge plus. Should have written VS Unit test cases for C# applications, web services, WCF, mock testing.

Ø  Understanding data mapping specifications (like EDI->OAGIS,CSV->Oagis,etc) and ablity to come with test cases for the different conditions in the mapping spec.

Ø  From WCF perspective , understanding of contracts, ability to do end to end integration testing , collate results & publish. Experience with TDD, CI, testing patterns would be highly appreciated.

Ø  Should be well versed in SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle) and SCRUM or similar Agile implementation methodologies and with a solid track record of meeting SIT milestones on time

Ø  Excellent exposure to backend testing and White box testing

Ø  Proficient in planning, writing, and executing test specifications.

Ø  Experience writing solid bug reports and analysis

Ø  Excellent testing knowledge & ability to use latest testing technology and standards

Ø  Proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and see through big challenges

Ø  Confident, takes ownership, willingness to "do what it takes" to get the job done

Ø  Strong quality & risk quantification & management skills

Ø  Excellent verbal communications and cross group collaboration skills

Ø  Great problem solving skills and high intellectual horsepower

Roles/Responsibilities :

 

Ø  Independently drive for results and consistently meet deliverables on projects with aggressive timelines.

Ø  Work with a diverse team of Functional Analysts, Dev and Support resources and consultants across multiple disciplines.

Ø  Collaborate with global test team members to ensure clarity on deliverables, establish QA practices and promote knowledge transfer. Provides feedback to improve the testability or design of an end-to-end business solution

Ø  Demonstrate strong knowledge of various, testing methodologies to leverage at all stages of product development

Ø  Evaluate multiple feature areas and how their behavior affects the customer experience; suggest changes

Ø  Highly refined software engineering process facilitation skills with multiple areas of business/functional specialization.

Ø  Excellent problem resolution, judgment & decision making skills.

Ø  Experience in coming up with Master Test Plans, Detailed project level test plans documents based on functional requirements and technical specifications

Ø  Ability to come up with estimates based on different levels of specifications at different life cycle stages of a project

Ø  Excellent oral and written communications skills

Ø  Strong team building skills and proven leadership skills.
