• Ability to lead small technical teams providing some task management, code review, unit testing, and overall technical oversight

• Ability to work fast and quickly ramp up on new technologies and strategies
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support meetings with off-shore staff and production releases.
• Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture and REST web services.
• Ability to work in both a waterfall and agile development environment
• JAVA Development (JMS, Servlet, XML, and JDBC)
• Spring Framework (AOP, IOC, DAO, etc)
• Hibernate or similar persistence framework
• Oracle (SQL, stored procedures, database design)
• Development Tools (Eclipse, Ant, Maven, JUnit, Subversion, Sonar, Hudson, etc.)
• CSS, JSP, HTML, AJAX frameworks, and JavaScript
