The Judiciary is looking for a STRONG Senior .NET developer to work on an application that will send text messages to prospective Jurors. The sucessful candidate can work independently and have strong skills in developing and consuming web services.
The Product Specialist will be an Architect for the project and be responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team.
This senior .NET architect will have excellent technical and communication skills. This contractor will assist us with our projects involving C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server etc.
Contract staff will work at the direction of ITO staff and will be required to contribute in all phases of project development. This includes analyzing system requirements and work flow analysis, prepare design and program specifications, coding modules, unit testing of all modules, code reviews to determine program deficiencies in conjunction with project lead, and the writing of test scripts.
Selected staff will deliver , and conduct code reviews, and provide status reports to project manager and project lead. completed system documentation including system requirements and work flow analysis document, design and program specification documents, and test plans. Also candidate will deliver code modules (C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, etc…) as assigned
