Location:-Dallas TX
Duration : 6+ Months
Responsibilities:
* Strong in web applications Testing (activities include: Test Case design, Test Case execution, raise quality defects, defect triage, bug fix verification, metrics, status reporting) minimum 4 years of exp on PS products (HR/Payroll/T&L)
* Should have hands-on exp in functional, SIT, UAT areas
* Excellent client interfacing skills
* Strong Communication skills (oral & written)
* Work exp in PeopleSoft eCompensation 9.1 upgrade/implementation is a plus.
* Sound functional knowledge on eCompensation Manager Desktop Overview, Integrations, Implementation.
* Knowledgeable in integration of eCompensation with other PeopleSoft Enterprise applications like HR, Stock Administration, ePerformance, Global Payroll, NA Payroll, Payroll Interface. Fair knowledge on Compensation Cycles, (FRA) Profit-Sharing Self-Service Transactions, Chart Pagelets and Alerts, Approvals and Delegations Integration, Allocating Compensation, Reviewing Employee Compensation, Changing Employee Salaries, Changing Budgeted Salaries for Employees, Approval Workflow Engine, Compensation Administrator.
