5+ years of 24 x 7 application support in production environment
3+ years of scripting including shell, Jython, wsadmin
5+ years of system monitoring tools expertise such as Introscope
5+ years of Apache and Tomcat
5+ years WebSphere Application Server, IBM Http Server (Unix and Windows servers), Lotus connections, LDAP (Tivoli Directory Server)
2+ years of IBM WebSphere Portal, Process Server
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Desired Skills:
2 years of Java development, deployment
Knowledge of Databases (DB2 and Oracle)
2+ Years Support enterprise wide deployment planning and support for mission critical applications for major releases, both business and infrastructure related
2+ years partnership with clients both internal and external
2+ years technical documentations on applications and systems
