Around 8 to 12 years of experience in IT and should have minimum 6 years of TIBCO experience.
Should have very good communication skill
Experience in TIBCO suite of products like BW, EMS, TIBCO Admin (Classic) and ADB Adapters
Good knowledge on AMX product suite like Business studio, TIBCO Active Matrix Service Bus/Grid
Good Understanding of SOA and BPM Concepts. Work experience on BPM products is an extra advantage
Certified Professional for TIBCO Business Works
Position 2:

Around 5 to 10 years of experience in IT and should have minimum 4 years of TIBCO experience.
Should have very good communication skill
