UI/UX Designer -XAML
Location : New Jersey
6 Month Contract
Rate : $65/hr on C2C
UX Designer
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with product managers to understand complex functional requirements and transform them into design recommendations
• Effectively communicate design recommendations using wireframes, flowcharts, high-fidelity design comps and interactive prototypes.
• Create production-ready assets (icons, applications themes, etc.) using Photoshop and XAML tools for Visual Studio 2010-12.
• Design & Development of new XAML components using current XAML best practices to achieve "Blendability" of the project using Microsoft Expression Blend
• Interactive XAML Prototypes for illustrating new interactions and animations
• Work with project stakeholders to build consensus behind the best design solutions; produce final design specs that balance development deadlines and implementation costs against key design considerations
• Independently manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced development environment, proactively ensuring that appropriate UX considerations are made throughout the SDLC
• Working knowledge of .Net, C# & MVVM
