• The consultant is required to have 7 to 10 years' experience with PeopleSoft Talent Management related modules.

• Strong background using PeopleSoft Talent Management related modules and Best Practices especially setting up competencies.

• Provide advice to the project team related to configuration and setup. Assist in making the best strategic configuration decisions.

• Demonstrate functional knowledge in the following modules for PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 or greater:  Profile manager, eDevelopment, Career Planning, Succession Planning, and Learning Management (as related to Talent Management).   

• Assist in designing interfaces, data conversions and customizations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with creating PS queries and
