Must Have Skills:
- Windows Forms - a completely different framework/environment than ASP.Net. WinForms is a fundamental requirement for someone working on the existing LEAF application.
- Oracle - not a show-stopper, since a background in SQL Server is helpful, but familiarity with Oracle and Oracle Developer is far more useful when working with an app that uses Oracle.
- Developer Express for Windows Forms (a very nice-to-have in this case, since Dev Express is used throughout the LEAF UI
