Position : Senior ETL Developer/Technical Lead

Location: Davidson, NC

Duration: 3-6 Months

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
•       (Required) Design and develop data interfaces utilizing middleware and ETL/ESB tools
•       (Required) Manages technical aspects of Unica Implementation including development and system integrations.
•       (Required) Coordinates applications development activities through indirect staff
•       (Required) Assists in troubleshooting and resolving system problems.
•       Provides design recommendations.
•       Works closely with the Enterprise Architecture group to set and adhere to technical standards to be used when implementing and designing solutions.
•       Accountable for providing accurate estimates to proposed solutions.
•       Meets scheduled milestones to ensure project/program objectives are met in a timely manner and has an in-depth knowledge of the principles, theories, practices and techniques for managing the activities related to planning, managing and implementing the system.
 
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
•       (Required) Experience implementing and integrating large complex COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) applications preferred.
•       (Required) Experience with any of the major databases such as Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server.
•       (Required) Minimum of 3 years experience in any/all of the following required: Java/Javascript, C++, HTML, XML, XSLT and Web Services.
•       (Strongly Preferred) IBM Cast Iron and MQ experience preferred
•       ETL, ESB, EDI experience preferred.
•       Websphere experience preferred.
•       Minimum of 3 years as a technical architect or lead solution designer required.
 
SKILLS:
•       (Required) Strong working knowledge of software applications development methodology.
•       (Required) Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•       (Required) Excellent time management and organizational skills.
•       Must possess a broad understanding of Web-based technologies and demonstrate a clear ability to exploit these technologies.
•       Ability to design and implement complex software solutions.
