5+ years experience in application development, must be proficient in C#/ ASP.Net
Experience working in a software development life cycle environment
Team player, have a positive approach to work and to fellow team members
Excellent verbal/written communication
Superior attention to detail/root cause analysis, ability to own issues and drive forward for resolution
Experience w/ Install Shield (for creation of software installer packages)
Windows 2008 & IIS 7
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
4 years of experience with C#
4 years of experience with ASP.NET
3 years of experience WCF/WF
3 years of experience with Oracle 10g/11g (preferred) or SQL Server (stored procedures, views, etc.)
2 years of experience with TFS/VSS
4 years of experience with MS Visual Studio
Experience with VMware a plus
WGS NetOxygen / Enterprise Manager a plus
Experience in Financial Industry and Mortgage Banking a plus
Understanding of windows load balancer configurations and network architecture a plus
