Required:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field. Master's degree preferred
· Minimum four years of dedicated programming experience
· Mastery of relational databases or Very Large Data Bases (VLDB)
· Strongly developed expertise in Oracle and JAVA, including J2EE and JMS.
· Demonstrated experience with JAVA Application Servers (JBoss, JRun, Oracle AS).
· User Interface development skills using JSP, Struts, JavaScript, and CSS Ajax.
· Full understanding of Rich Internet Applications (RIA), Web 2.0.
· Strong knowledge and interest in application design and implementation using new technologies and tools.
· Object Oriented Design skills, and proficiency using version control systems.
