Detailed JD:

•                      Five or more years of experience in Performance Testing using NeoLoad and Load Runner 9.50.

•                      Develop, execute, and maintain performance testing scripts using NeoLoad and HP LoadRunner.

•                      Maintain existing or newly built Performance Test Scripts for ongoing changes and maintenance to applications under test.

•                      Strong Working Experience with monitoring and analyzing results from performance testing.

•                      Performance Analysis of existing application. Generating reports and coming up with strategy/ plans with regards to performance.

•                      Do System Monitoring during runs and identify bottlenecks.

•                      Review results of the test with various IT teams and clarify any performance concerns noticed

•                      Participate in production release validation to ensure successful deployment.

•                      Document performance-related defects & work with Engineering and product management to minimize defect age.

•                      Ability to thoroughly understand client-server and/or web application architecture

•                      Must be a good team player and have very strong communication skills, customer focus, interpersonal skills and attention to detail and quality
