Warranty Process Lead

Oshkosh, WI

·         The warranty process leader will help manage and coordinate the business  functional team in the development of business requirements and rules to implement the iWarranty (from PTC) package at Oshkosh. 

·         In this role you must understand the warranty process from inception to completion from a business perspective including setting up rules, campaigns and analytics. 

·         The Lead will be leading a team of business segment resources around the global design of the software package and facilitating agreement across the 4 different business segments. 

·         The need is to support  ALL  business processes around the identification of campaigns, claim entry and  adjudication and closing of  Warranty claims ( Extended, Standard) for an equipment/truck manufacture who is governed by Dept. of Defense Rules

·         Resources with sector or industry knowledge or sometimes deep client business knowledge.  These are NOT Package SMEs (those are Functional/Systems Analysts) but more aligned to the industry/sector. 

·         Some could be domain experts (eg Supply Chain) but if they are more oriented towards functional modules in package implementation, then they are Functional/Systems Analysts.

·         Business Analyst that knows warranty (auto preferred but not required). 

·         Can be a EBS or JDE or just understands the warranty process, rules, inputs and outputs
