Expert on all things related to client-side programming:HTML5 a must), CSS (includes CSS 3), Java Script, and web browser nuances and (X)HTML.
CSS 2.0/3.0 – expert (Understand/Code/troubleshoot heavily used CSS (includes CSS3) applications and also cross browser compliance).
Java Script – expert (Understand/Code /troubleshoot heavily used java script applications; mobile jQuery; objects).
Expert in using jQuery is a must and also good understanding of other Java Script libraries, expert in using jQuery mobile is a must and also familiar with other mobile frameworks such as Ajax/JSON.
Titanium Appcelerator IDE, development of mobile apps for iOS and Android platforms.
PHP coding/understanding, Java/JSP/JavaBean – basic knowledge and understanding.
Coding in a JavaScript oriented environment with solid expertise in designing/architecting Ajax oriented user-experiences.
Good understanding of flash, action script.
