Job Description:Position: Sr Software Engineer
Location: Santa Clara CA

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications and CMS based websites using Microsoft .NET, SQL Server technologies
- Represent and communicate status maintenance/support activities to various client teams and manage their expectations on schedule and deliverables
- Interface with business owners and business analysts at client location to gather requirements for feature enhancement requests. Products primarily include external and internal websites, online applications and business tools developed primarily on Microsoft and other web-based technologies including SharePoint 2007, .NET framework, IIS, SQL Server, Endeca and Coremetrics on Windows platform.
- Engage closely with remote cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA and Online Content Production on prioritization and feasibility of requirements; evolve product requirements as needed
- Manage support/maintenance pipeline of multiple web sites and applications; work with client to determine priorities and communicate relevant information to Engineering
- Have a good understanding of software development processes and ensure that the established processes are enforced in client engagements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in development of web applications in Microsoft .NET/c#/ASP.NET and SQL Server 2000/2008/2012
- Expertise in T-SQL
- Experience in SharePoint and any other CMS is a plus
- Strong background in SDLC; preferably using Agile methodology.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve production problems
- Experience and ability in consulting with clients at multiple levels and managing expectations
- Ability to interface effectively with remote teams including Business Owners, Engineering, QA, Content Production, Marketing, Business Development and Senior Management
- Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and respond quickly to changing priorities
