Job Description:
· This team provides support 24/7 including on-call support to provide outstanding up-time and service to the company.
· Strong Linux/UNIX system administration skills.
· Experience with VMWare ESX administration in a production setting.
· Experience with Symantec/Veritas Storage Foundation and Symantec/Veritas Cluster. Storage environment like HP EVA, HP 3PAR, Netapp filers etc., Strong UNIX shell scripting, bash, perl scripting experience.
· Must have strong analytical and design skills, planning and problem solving skills.
· Must have strong oral and written communications skills, be a team player and have good customer service skills.
· Must be able to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision Experience working in production support and providing 24/7 support.
