Required Skills:
Ø 3+ years of Siebel tool/application experience
Ø Experience with data interfaces, moving data into and out of Siebel tables
Ø 1+ years of Siebel administration experience
Ø 1+ years development experience with Java, JavaScript, Spring, JSP, Hibernate, JDBC, XML, SOAP/REST & WebLogic, Oracle
Ø 1+ years' experience with J2EE application servers WebLogic, JBoss or WebSphere
Ø Strong experience with Siebel CRM and Oracle database.
Ø Proficient in database development: Oracle
Ø Experienced in software development and business modeling of Web applications, Client/Server systems, Distributed Applications and other custom-built projects on Windows platforms.
Ø Advanced shell scripting skills
Ø Strong in Object - oriented design/analysis, UML modeling, Classic design patterns, J2EE patterns, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), BPEL/Orchestration.
Ø Strong Web development skills. Experience in N-tier Client-Server based Internet technology, intranet portal design/development; Web based data reporting system, Framework development for Internet application.
Ø Hands on experience with JEE application deployment technology. Thorough knowledge with JEE application platform configuration and performance optimization.
Ø The ability to think independently and prioritize the development teams' work based on SLAs and project demands with changing priorities
